Delmi Lugo

Delmi Lugo has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing field, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Avionics and Composite Quality Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since March 2005, overseeing quality in the fabrication and assembly of composite structures across facilities in San Diego and Utah. Prior to this role, Delmi Lugo worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Qualcomm from 1997 to 2001 and held managerial positions at Mitel and Motorola-MDI from 1981 to 1989. Delmi Lugo began a career in engineering as a Test Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, obtained between 1973 and 1978.
