Denise Choi

Denise Choi is a highly skilled Staff Aerodynamics and Performance Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems with over a decade of experience in the aerospace field. Since joining the company in June 2010, Denise has taken on various roles, including leading wind tunnel testing and focusing on aircraft and engine performance, aerodynamic design, and flight testing. Denise's expertise also encompasses developing non-linear aero characteristics models and creating MATLAB GUI tools, alongside a strong foundation in technical writing. Prior to General Atomics, Denise gained valuable experience through internships in fluid systems research and airworthiness at La Jolla Bioengineering Institute. Denise holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Aerodynamics from San Diego State University, a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an Associate of Science in Physics from San Diego Mesa College.
