Rubi Wolfe

Rubi Wolfe is an experienced Composite Technician with a strong background in aerospace and composite manufacturing. Currently employed at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since November 2017, Rubi supports SQDEC and LEAP boards, troubleshoots issues, audits quality systems, and assists in technician training while utilizing Six Sigma tools for problem solving. Previous roles include Composites Manager at Shield Aviation Inc., where leadership and guidance were provided to staff in fabricating composite parts, and Composite Technician positions at Swift Engineering, Sanders Industries, and Fujikura Composites America, where Rubi collaborated with engineering teams, operated CNC equipment, and engaged in research and development tasks. Comprehensive technical skills include working with various hand and shop tools, as well as expertise in composite lay-up techniques.
