Sheila Rhoades

Sheila Rhoades, MBA, has extensive experience in program and project management within the defense industry. Currently serving as a Manager of Programs and Project Manager at Northrop Grumman since December 2018, Sheila previously held several roles including Business Manager and Project Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems from October 2012 to July 2015. Prior experience also includes a role as Deputy Program Manager at Northrop Grumman from May 2007 to October 2012. Sheila holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Oklahoma, with a concentration in Business Administration and Management. Currently, Sheila is actively seeking a challenging position in Program Management or Project Management.
