Alicia Heins

Alicia Heins is an accomplished aerospace and systems engineer with extensive experience in satellite assembly, integration, and launch operations. Currently serving as the Satellite Assembly Integration and Launch Operations (ATLO) IPT Lead at General Atomics since September 2020, Alicia previously held multiple engineering roles at Lockheed Martin between November 2013 and July 2020, including Systems Engineer and Systems Integration and Test Engineer. Alicia’s earlier experience includes positions as a Teacher's Assistant at Santa Clara University, a Product Engineer Intern at UTC Aerospace Systems, a Mechanical Design Intern at Goodrich, and an intern at Venoco. Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Santa Clara University.
