Cynthia Salazar

Cynthia Salazar is an experienced professional in purchasing compliance and contract management, currently serving as Purchasing Compliance Manager at General Atomics since April 2015. Previously, Cynthia held roles as Lead Compliance Specialist and Compliance Specialist within the same company. Additionally, from July 2022 to June 2023, Cynthia was the Director of Education for the San Diego Chapter of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Before joining General Atomics, Cynthia worked at United Technologies as a Contracts and Compliance Commodity Management Associate from December 2010 to April 2015, and at Stein Education Center as a Functional Skills Aide from December 2005 to December 2010. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences from San Diego State University.
