Dean Key has a diverse and extensive background in leadership roles within the aerospace and defense sectors, culminating in retirement in July 2023. Notable positions include Senior Director at General Atomics, where responsibilities encompassed the Launch and Recovery Program Office and Site Executive for Space Systems, along with various director-level roles focused on production programs and advanced development projects. Prior to this, Dean Key held managerial responsibilities at Kollmorgen Electro-Optical and served as a Program Manager for both Kollmorgen and Danaher. Dean Key's career began in the US Navy as a Force Electronics Technician, with a focus on submarine operations. Dean Key holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior University.
