Greg Herbster

Greg Herbster is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in government regulatory accounting and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at General Atomics since September 2020, Greg oversees the Government Accounting Compliance Department, focusing on compliance risk across major business systems. Previously, Greg held senior management positions at UHY LLP, where they developed internal audit services, and at GKN Aerospace, where responsibilities included budget preparation and strategic planning for pricing rates. Greg’s career also includes significant roles at RubinBrown, GKN Aerospace, Deloitte & Touche, and various accounting firms. Greg holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA in Economics and Finance from Spring Hill College.
