Kelly Marcelino

Kelly (Lieu) Marcelino currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Operations Manager for the Engineering, Design, and Construction organization at General Atomics, overseeing operations and collaborating with various leaders and project stakeholders. With an extensive background in energy engineering, Kelly has created and implemented energy strategies for a diverse portfolio of approximately 8 million square feet of real estate across the United States. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Account Manager at Ei Companies, where expertise in building science and California Building Codes was provided, and Landscape Designer at System Pavers, focusing on functional outdoor living spaces. Additional experience encompasses HR recruitment at Novacoast, Development Specialist at Mesa Lane Partners, and office management roles at Optimum Wellness Chiropractic. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
