Ralph H. Yates III

Ralph H. Yates III has extensive experience in contract management, currently serving as the Director of Contracts at General Atomics. Previously, Yates held the position of Director of Contracts for the Maritime & Intelligence Sector at The Titan Corporation in San Diego and worked as a Senior Contracting Specialist with the United States Air Force. Educationally, Yates earned a Master of Contract Management from American Graduate University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbus University.
