Sheila R Harris

Sheila R Harris, PHR, serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at General Atomics since September 2015, where responsibility includes leading a diverse recruitment team and developing strategic recruiting plans to meet enterprise-wide staffing demands. Sheila also has extensive experience from Jack in the Box, where from December 1996 to September 2012, leadership included talent acquisition and employee relations for both Corporate Headquarters and Field Operations.
