Abdullah Alhejaili

Abdullah Alhejaili currently serves as the Head of Section for Performance Management at the General Authority of Awqaf, responsible for designing and implementing operational plans and managing corporate performance through data analysis. Abdullah has previously held roles such as Performance Management Senior Manager at Tatweer Buildings Company, where strategic planning and performance management frameworks were developed, and Performance Management Lead, focusing on annual strategic plans and scorecard objectives. Previous experience includes working as a Strategic Planning & Development Specialist at King Fahad Medical City, contributing to strategic plans and objectives, and serving as Dean’s Office Director at Taibah University, overseeing staff and coordinating conferences. Abdullah holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Education and Humanities from Taibah University.
