Omar Abubakr

Omar Abubakr is an experienced consultant currently serving at the General Authority of Media Regulation (GAMR) since September 2013, with roles including Director of Regulation and License Department, official spokesman, and Deputy Director of Regulation and License Department. Prior to this, Omar worked as a trainer at Almarai from February to June 2013. Education includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Arab East Colleges (2017-2018), a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from AL-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University (2009-2013), and a diploma from Direct English (2015-2016).
