Yollande Yambo

Yollande Yambo has extensive experience in pastoral care and chaplaincy, currently serving as the Area Liaison for Africa at the General Board of Global Ministries since April 2016 and as a Professional Chaplain with the United Methodist since January 2007. Previously, Yollande held various chaplaincy roles, including Chaplain at the United Methodist Church, Family Advocate/Surgery Chaplain at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Chaplain Resident at Washington Hospital Center. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Pastor at Calvary Cassa del Pueblo United Methodist Church and working as a Correctional Officer. Yollande's educational background includes a Master's degree in Urban Studies/Ethics from Wesley Theological Seminary, a Bachelor's degree in Divinity/Counseling from Africa University, and a Certificate of Intensive Bioethics from The George Washington University.
