Dave Harper

Dave Harper is General Manager, Florida Northeast including Jacksonville started his career with GBM in 1997 as Portfolio Manager for the state-wide Barnett Bank (Bank of America) account with 400+ locations including a 1 million SF headquarters complex. Dave, an award-winning manager, was later promoted to General Manager and is responsible for the entire daily operations and marketing efforts in the Florida Northeast area. Prior to joining GBM, Dave worked for 11 years for ServiceMaster Management Services. Started as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Duke University Medical Center then later moved up into positions as Housekeeping Manager at Roanoke College, Ferrum College, General Manager for ServiceMaster of Roanoke Valley, and Regional Custodial Manager for Duval County Public Schools. During his tenure with ServiceMaster, Dave learned and experienced most of all aspects of the janitorial industry including schedule writing, employee training, quality assurance, client relations, bid preparation and proposals, carpet and hard surface floor care, and OSHA standards and regulations. Dave is a graduate of Grace College and an active member of Jacksonville’s Building Owners and Managers Association.
