John Hakim

John Hakim is an experienced legal and brand management professional. Currently serving as a Brand Manager at Scandinavian Tobacco Group since January 2022, John previously held the role of Attorney Administrator at the Department of Conflict Counsel for Luzerne County Government from March 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing a new system for Conflict Counsel representation and managing attorney assignments for indigent defendants. Before that, John practiced as a solo attorney at the Law Offices of John Hakim from 1996 to 2014, primarily focusing on criminal defense, and also worked as an attorney for the Luzerne County Public Defender from 1996 to 2004. John's academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Scranton.
