Ashley Waldridge

Ashley Waldridge is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in aerospace and aircraft design. Currently serving as an Advanced System Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems since April 2021, Ashley previously worked at Honda Aircraft Company for over thirteen years in various engineering and program management roles. Key achievements include leadership on the HondaJet Elite Project, enhancing customer satisfaction through innovations in seating, fuel efficiency, and noise reduction. Ashley has also successfully led teams in certification design for wing and pylon structures, providing critical support for type certification and production transitions. Early career experience includes positions at KTM Solutions, INC. and Lockheed Martin Aircraft Center, where Ashley focused on design engineering for mechanical and aeronautical applications. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
