Carl Walser

Carl Walser is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology management. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at General Dynamics Mission Systems since October 2001, Carl has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director IT and CIO. Prior experience includes IT Director positions at General Dynamics Defense Systems, Lockheed Martin, and Martin Marietta, along with a range of roles at GE Defense Systems and GE Corporate Engineering & Manufacturing. Carl's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Union College and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by an Associate degree in Electrical Technology from Onondaga Community College.
