Sam Ayoub is a seasoned contracts management professional with extensive experience in leading contract administration across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems since January 2011, Sam has managed contract operations for the largest and most profitable division, ensuring compliance and profitability while transitioning the company to product development and commercial sales. Sam's previous roles include overseeing contract administration in the Cyber and Intelligence Solutions Division at both Alion Science and Technology and SAIC, as well as managing contracts for the Alion IDIQ Program Management Office. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor Degree in International and Comparative Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
