John Hiorns

John Hiorns has a diverse work experience, primarily in the defense industry. John started their career in 1978 as part of H M Forces and Royal Signals. John then worked as a Maj in HM Forces at MOD Main Building for over 30 years until 2009. After that, they served as a Lt Col in HM Forces at MOD Abbey Wood for a year. From 2010 to 2013, John worked as a Senior Programme Manager at General Dynamics UK. John then moved to General Dynamics UK Limited as a Director - Customer Liaison in 2013, and later transitioned to the same role at General Dynamics Mission Systems in 2016.

John Hiorns attended Bournemouth University from 2002 to 2003, earning an MSc in CIS Management.
