Kirstin Rouse

Kirstin Rouse has a work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Kirstin started as a Graduate Engineer at General Dynamics UK Limited, where they later became a Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and finally, a Principal Systems Engineer. Before joining General Dynamics UK Limited, Kirstin worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Kent from 2011 to 2013.

Kirstin Rouse holds a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Kent, obtained between 2009 and 2013. In 2019-2020, they completed a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Systems Engineering Management at UCL. Additionally, Kirstin earned a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2022-2023. Kirstin has also obtained certifications such as CEng, EngTech, and ICTTech from the Engineering Council, and completed the Advancing Negotiation Skills 1 course from Scotwork North America in 2022.
