Lisa Goodwin Msc McIpd

Lisa Goodwin MSc MCIPD has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa is currently the Head of Human Resources at General Dynamics UK Limited, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy Head of Human Resources at the same company starting in June 2021.

Before joining General Dynamics UK Limited, Lisa worked at Mechatronics Systems Wales Ltd from July 2020 to June 2021 as the Human Resources & Administration Manager. From July 2014 to July 2020, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at KSR Electronic Systems Ltd.

Lisa started their career in human resources at Electronic Motion Systems UK Ltd in April 2008, where they served as an HR Manager until July 2014. From April 2007 to April 2008, they worked at Vishay as a Human Resources Manager.

Their earliest experience in HR dates back to their time at International Rectifier, where they served as an HR Manager from 1999 to 2007. In this role, they had overall responsibility for HR at the Swansea site and reported to the on-site Managing Director and external Global VP for Human Resources.

Throughout their career, Lisa has gained significant expertise and knowledge in human resources management.

Lisa Goodwin MSc MCIPD has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Lisa also holds a degree from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where they obtained their MCIPD certification from 2000 to 2003. In 2009, Lisa received a qualification from the British Safety Council in NEBOSH. Moreover, Lisa is currently pursuing a degree in Coaching and Mentoring, specifically an ILM 5 qualification, at the University of South Wales starting from 2019.
