Kristen Silver

Kristen Silver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at General Dynamics since February 2023, Kristen previously held the position of Senior Manager of Compliance and Internal Audit at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions from December 2019 to February 2023. Earlier roles at EY included Manager and Senior within the Risk Advisory Commercial Internal Audit team, focusing on SOX compliance and Internal Audit for various clients in the Greater Washington Area. Kristen's early career features positions as a Restaurant Manager at Zola & International Spy Museum and Potenza Trattoria, as well as experience as a Private Event Coordinator at Kellari Hospitality Group. Kristen holds a Master of Accounting and an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware.
