Penny Becker has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HRBP at ARKA Group, LP since November 2024. In addition, Penny holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Maxar Technologies since 2019, and has been the Director of Human Resources at MDA Information Systems LLC since October 2014. Penny's career also includes significant roles as a Human Resources Manager at both General Dynamics and General Dynamics AIS, as well as at Radiant Solutions, starting in 1998. Penny earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University, completing studies between 1979 and 1983.
