Robert Finocchio has over two decades of experience in strategic leadership and program management within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at General Dynamics since June 2021, Robert previously held various roles at Harris Corporation and its predecessor companies, including Senior Program Manager and Product Manager. With a strong track record of leading large Department of Defense programs exceeding $200 million in contract value, Robert has successfully managed cost, schedule, and performance goals across various business units. Robert holds a Master’s degree in General Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
