Tracy Bombard

Tracy Bombard has extensive experience in engineering management and project leadership, currently serving as Senior Department Manager of Design & Development Engineering at General Dynamics since April 2003. In this role, Tracy oversees the engineering design and product delivery for all ground combat vehicle programs in the US market, managing a functionally diverse team of over 300 engineers. Previous positions include Department Manager for Program Engineering focused on tracked vehicles, where Tracy led significant projects exceeding $1B, and Chief Engineer for the Abrams Tank modernization effort, achieving substantial contract wins and successful project deliveries. Tracy's career also includes leadership roles in software project management and aerospace systems integration, along with a solid educational foundation consisting of a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.
