Perry Engstrom

Perry Engstrom retired from General Electric after 42 years in Human Resources. Mr. Engstrom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Tech and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. While at General Electric, Mr. Engstrom held leadership positions within the Human Resources departments including the manager of Hourly Compensation and Employee Benefits and of Hourly Placement. He spends his spare time volunteering in the community and has served as the General Electric Business and Industry Advisory Council member to the Ohio Business Teachers Association. Mr. Engstrom was also the Financial Secretary at Lord of Life Lutheran Church. Now, he is currently a volunteer for “God’s Work Our Hands” within Christ the King Lutheran Church in West Chester performing several community outreach projects.

Perry Engstrom has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018.
