Prakash Seshadri

Prakash Seshadri serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering for GE Digital where he leads a global team of industrial software engineers and technologists who build and deliver innovative products that solve customers’ biggest pain points in the Manufacturing, Grid, Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries.

Prakash has deep technical knowledge in the Cloud/SaaS space and is a thought leader in innovation, agile and continuous improvement processes. He is an experienced global leader with a demonstrated history of working in enterprise software and data sciences organizations in the US and India.

Prior to GE, Prakash was senior vice president of Product Development for Blue Yonder, where he led and transformed the entire supply chain portfolio from On-Premise to Public Cloud (SaaS), built a culture of innovation, and helped build the largest Supply Chain Platform. Prakash also held a senior leadership role at Mu Sigma, as the Head of Engineering, and assisted with creating innovative Data Science solutions that enabled data-driven customer transformations at scale.

Prakash earned a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, India. He also attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, India.
