AJ R. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting with the US Navy as a Navy Nuclear Engineer from 1999 to 2007, AJ then worked as an Account Manager at Nalco from 2008 to 2012. Following this, AJ served as a Business Development Executive at GE from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, AJ became a Business Development Consultant at Danaher Corporation before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Business Development at Casman Group of Companies from 2014 to 2016. AJ then became President and CEO of Solid Industrial Solutions Ltd from 2016 to 2019. Currently, AJ holds the position of Co-Founder and President at General Genomics Inc. starting from April 2020. Additionally, AJ has also contributed to the business community as the Chairman of the Board at Community Futures Wood Buffalo from 2011 to 2016.
AJ R. completed a Graduate Certificate in Leadership at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2019-2020. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, AJ R. pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at The University of Arizona Global Campus. AJ R.'s undergraduate education took place from 2003 to 2007 at Thomas Edison State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology.
