Shagun Kapur

Shagun Kapur is an experienced researcher in advanced materials science and engineering, specializing in graphene and nanomaterials. As a Research and Development Scientist at General Graphene Corporation, Shagun Kapur was involved in growing graphene using various deposition techniques and characterizing materials through SEM, Raman, and Optical Microscopy. Prior experience at the University of California, San Diego included roles as a Nanomaterials Researcher and 2D Materials Researcher, focusing on 2D perovskite LED devices and optical simulations of photodetector systems. With a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, Shagun Kapur has published research and contributed to several significant projects, including multilevel RRAM design and non-invasive haemoglobin determination.
