Pimpalkar Padmakar has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the industrial and automation sector. Pimpalkar began their career at Alstom Ltd as a Senior Resident Representative and worked there from 1997 to 2000. Pimpalkar then joined GE India Industrial Pvt Ltd as a Business Manager, where they successfully set up and led the Pune branch, achieving record achievements in the region. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at GE Energy Services-Industrial Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager, leading the equipment business of the Western Region. After that, they joined Omron and served as the Head of Channel Management and later as a Senior Manager in charge of Panel Builder and Infrastructure segments. Pimpalkar joined Omron Automation India in 2016 as the National Sales Head, and in 2020, they became the Vice President of Sales at General Industrial Controls Pvt. Ltd. Overall, Pimpalkar Padmakar has a proven track record of driving business growth and establishing successful operations in various segments of the industry.

Pimpalkar Padmakar's education history includes an Advance Diploma in Marketing from Icfai Hyderabad, which was completed from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Systems from Amravati University, completing it from 1988 to 1991.
