Colby Kline began their career in 2009 as a Premises Technician for AT&T. In 2011, they joined General Informatics as an Implementation Team Manager, responsible for managing a team of engineers and onboarding new clients. Colby also designed and implemented a new Private Cloud, using VMWare VCloud and NSX-T. In addition, they maintained the Private Cloud Infrastructure, including Network, Servers, and Storage. Colby then became a Service Team Lead, managing a team of 7 engineers and assessing and approving Time Sheets and Expense Reports. Colby also installed and maintained network devices for clients and the company. Colby then worked as a Senior Network Engineer, installing and maintaining network devices, providing technical support, and gathering, compiling, and generating documentation. Lastly, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist, assisting customers every day and providing primary customer support to internal and external customers.

Colby Kline attended the University of New Orleans from 2001 to 2002 and the United States Air Force Academy from 2002 to 2003. No additional certifications have been listed.
