Jeremiah Mercier has been in the software development field for over nine years. In 2020, they began working as a Software Developer for General Informatics. Prior to this, they were the Development Lead for Air Waves from 2017 to 2020, where they supported and enhanced .NET applications for the production and shipment of eCommerce and wholesale orders, as well as designed and implemented a new Pick-to-Light system. From 2016 to 2017, Mercier was the Software Development Lead at MPW Industrial Services, where they were the team and technical lead responsible for maintenance and new development for a host of corporate applications. Jeremiah worked as a Senior Developer/Consultant part-time for Resource One/Braxos from 2013 to 2015, and as a Senior Developer/Consultant for RelayHealth from 2015 to 2016. From 2013 to 2015, Mercier was the Software Architect/Consultant for Columbia Pipeline Group, where they were the technical lead for a web-based project management application and enterprise data warehouse. Jeremiah was also the Software Architect/Consultant for Amerisure Insurance from 2012 to 2013, where they designed a new .NET 4.0 web application and set of WCF web services to retrieve and display credit information. Additionally, Mercier worked as a Senior Developer/Consultant part-time for Sedgwick from 2012 to 2013, and as a Consultant for BMI Federal Credit Union from 2012 to 2011. Finally, from 2011 to 2012, they were the Software Architect/Consultant for Battelle for Kids, where they designed a new web application to assist hiring managers in tracking and scoring job applications while providing transparency throughout the hiring process.

Jeremiah Mercier attended the University of Oklahoma from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
