John Koufis

John Koufis serves as the Chief Financial Officer at General Kinematics Vibrating Equipment since March 2019, while also holding a board member position at Devanco Foods since January 2022 and acting as the Majority Owner & CEO of the Johnstown Tomahawks since May 2023. Koufis is the President of Axios Consulting Inc., a professional services firm specializing in interim management and turnaround consulting, and has held CFO roles at Tall Tree Foods from 2013 to 2019 and Atlantic Premium Brands from 2007 to 2013, both of which are private equity-sponsored holding companies in the food industry. Additionally, from 2007 to 2009, Koufis was the CFO of The Content Factory, a startup multimedia company that syndicated popular shows. John Koufis earned a BS in Accounting from DePaul University between 1983 and 1987.
