Ayesha Farooq

Ayesha Farooq is currently positioned as an StR Lower Neurosurgery at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust since February 2024 and also serves as a Registered Medical Practitioner with the General Medical Council and the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council since 2022 and 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes a role as a Medical Officer at Hashim Medical City Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities involved admitting patients, conducting pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans. Ayesha has also worked as a Demonstrator at Suleman Roshan Medical College, teaching Anatomy to MBBS students, and held various positions including Clinical Observer at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Resident House Officer at Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences. Ayesha completed an MBBS at Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences and obtained MRCP UK Part 1 from the Royal College of Physicians UK.
