Chartered Fcipd Ben Cazin

Ben Cazin, Chartered FCIPD, is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as the IS Training Manager at the General Medical Council since August 2015. In this role, Ben is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for IT training across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders to assess and address training needs. Prior to this position, Ben held roles such as Head of HR & Training at Imperative Training, where the focus was on supporting staff through best practice HR standards and high-quality client training, and Head of ICT Learning and Development at Barts and The London NHS Trust, providing expert internal consultancy on learning initiatives. With earlier experience as a Training Manager at Happy Ltd, Ben has a strong track record in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs. Ben earned an MA in Human Resource Development from Middlesex University between 2005 and 2007.
