Chris Evans is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and support services. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager and previously as Service Desk Team Lead at the General Medical Council since June 2015, Chris is responsible for managing IT support and optimizing team performance. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Lead IT Analyst at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe from January 2012 to June 2015, where duties included managing desktop and infrastructure support for a large user base and handling critical incidents.
