Gareth Scott is an experienced professional in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as the People Data and Insights Manager at the General Medical Council since September 2018. In this role, Gareth leads the data maturity strategy and the people analytics service, focusing on developing reporting suites and influencing senior leaders to enhance data-driven decisions. Prior to this, Gareth held various HR roles at Ofsted, including Senior Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities included managing HR management information and systems. Earlier experience includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at Leda Recruitment and as an Administrative Assistant at HM Revenue & Customs. Gareth holds an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and earned multiple GCSEs during education at St John Fisher.
