Jennifer Broadley has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jennifer started their career as a Paralegal at Field Fisher Waterhouse in January 2011. After a year, they moved on to become an Assistant Solicitor at the General Medical Council in February 2012. Jennifer then progressed to the role of Solicitor in November 2012 and subsequently became a Senior Solicitor (manager) in April 2015. In April 2019, Jennifer Broadley took on a secondment in the corporate review department at the General Medical Council before being promoted to Head of Corporate Review in April 2020.

Jennifer attended Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School from 1994 to 2001, but did not receive a degree or specialize in a specific field of study during this time. From 2001 to 2005, they attended The University of Manchester, where they studied Genetics with an Industrial Placement. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a part-time Graduate Diploma in Law at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2007. Jennifer then continued their legal education at the same university, graduating with a Bar Vocational Course (part-time) degree in Law from 2007 to 2009.
