General Medical Council
Michael Johnson is an accomplished Senior Business Analyst at the General Medical Council, with a tenure beginning in June 2011. In this role, Michael manages assurance work across the directorate, overseeing process and project reviews, while leading an operational support team that connects business users with change and IT teams. Previous positions include Systems & Assurance Manager, Siebel Business Analyst, and Change Control Business Analyst. Prior to their current role, Michael served as a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Manchester and an Office Assistant at Turning Point. Michael holds a PhD in History, a Master of Arts in Modern European History, and a Bachelor's degree in History, all from the University of Manchester and Swansea University.
