Neil Jinks has extensive work experience in policy and regulatory development, as well as governance and secretarial roles. Neil has held various positions at the General Medical Council, including Head of Policy and Regulatory Development, Senior Policy Analyst, Board Secretary, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Chair of Council. Neil has also worked at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman as an Investigation Officer and at the Crown Prosecution Service as a Parliamentary Clerk to the Director of Public Prosecutions, Executive Officer, and Administrative Officer.
Neil Jinks earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in French Studies from the University of Aberdeen. Neil attended the university from 1987 to 1992.
