Phil Martin

Assistant Director, Education Policy at General Medical Council

Phil Martin has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Assistant Director of Education Policy at the General Medical Council. Earlier in their career, Phil held roles such as District Operations Manager, where they managed multiple jobcentres and staff responsible for paying benefits and supporting individuals back into work. Phil also served as Cross-cutting Strategy and Deputy Head of Communications, Strategy Lead for Older People and Ageing Society, and held various policy, operational, and change roles.

Phil Martin attended the University of Oxford from 2000 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a degree in History and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors.
