Vibha Sharma has extensive experience in regulatory policy and health sector roles, currently serving as Head of Regulation Policy at the General Medical Council since June 2015. In this position, Vibha oversees policy, inquiries, and reviews, and has also taken on interim leadership roles. Prior to this, Vibha held various positions at ICG (Insight Consulting Group) as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on political and stakeholder engagement across multiple policy areas. Additional experience includes roles at Macmillan Cancer Support, Amnesty International, and other organizations, emphasizing patient experience, human rights education, and research. Vibha has demonstrated commitment to equality and inclusion through participation in various projects and initiatives.
