Adam Nelson

Adam Nelson is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Strategic Operations Manager and previously as a Senior Engineer at General Mills since October 2016. Nelson's expertise includes senior process engineering for canned dough and frozen baked goods, with a strong emphasis on capital project management and implementation.
