Allison Thomas

Allison Thomas has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades, primarily with General Mills since June 2006. In the current role as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Supply Chain and Global Innovation, R&D, Technology, Allison is focused on fostering technical partnerships across these vital functions. Previous positions at General Mills include Vice President for Global Innovation, R&D, Technology, and Food Safety; Senior HR Director overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions; and HR Director for North America, managing a significant business portfolio. Earlier experience includes a role at Charles Schwab, where Allison managed employee training and financial risk mitigation. Allison holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.
