Alyssa Shapiro

Alyssa Shapiro is a Packaging R&D Engineer II at General Mills since August 2022, where responsibilities include supporting brands such as Progresso, Annie's, and Pillsbury through brand renovation and holistic margin management project execution. Previously, Alyssa held the position of Packaging R&D Engineer I at General Mills, focusing on similar projects. Alyssa gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, synthesizing polymeric membranes for battery applications under Professor Jovan Kamcev.
