Andrea Hermann, previously known as Andrea Rodriguez, has over a decade of experience at General Mills, currently serving as the Category Manager for Fiber Packaging. Throughout various roles, including External Supply Chain Sourcing Manager and Supply Chain Project Manager, Andrea has focused on enhancing packaging performance and production efficiency. Key achievements include leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing team dynamics as a Team Leader II. Prior to this, Andrea gained academic experience at the Carlson School of Management, serving as a Strategic Communication Teaching Assistant and an Associate Consultant, providing business solutions to clients. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Minnesota, complemented by studies in Finance and German.
