Betsy Clasen

Betsy Clasen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles within leading organizations. At General Mills, from October 2019 to July 2024, Betsy held multiple HR manager positions, including roles focused on Corporate Supply Chain, Strategy & Growth, and Manufacturing. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at GE Aviation between May 2015 and September 2018, where responsibilities spanned across rotations in Compensation, HR Business Partner (HRBP), and Labor Relations. Betsy began the HR career as an intern in the Human Resources Leadership Program at Be The Match operated by the National Marrow Donor Program, specializing in Talent Acquisition from September 2013 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development and Business and Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
