David Tincher

David Tincher has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Yogurt at General Mills since July 2006, following a role as Plant Manager where leadership encompassed a refrigerated and frozen dough plant as well as a yogurt plant. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Manager for a significant cereal plant and flour mill, overseeing a workforce of 350 hourly and 100 salaried employees. Previously, David held the positions of Manufacturing Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at PepsiCo, contributing to operations in a state-of-the-art beverage production facility. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
