Isabel Quepons

Isabel Quepons has over three decades of extensive experience in manufacturing and operations, primarily within the food service and color divisions. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing for North America Food Service at General Mills since June 2004, Isabel has held multiple roles including Plant Manager and Operations Business Manager, showcasing strong expertise in retail and foodservice sectors. Prior to General Mills, Isabel held various positions at Sensient, including Plant Manager for the Inkjet Division and Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager for the Food Color Division. Isabel began the professional journey as an Engineering Intern at Sherwin Williams and holds an MBA in Finance from Lindenwood University and a Chemical Engineering degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
